The treatment of oesophageal cancer has undergone a change with the progress of minimally invasive surgery. The morbidity and mortality rates of patients who undergo minimally invasive esophagectomy are dropping. We present the case of a 60-year-old patient with distal oesophageal adenocarcinoma who underwent minimally invasive total esophagectomy.
