CESAREAN-SECTION SCAR ENDOMETRIOMA

Authors

Abstract

A 26-year-old woman presented with cyclic abdominal pain and a mass near her Pfannenstiel scar, developing after a cesarean section. Imaging confirmed abdominal wall endometriosis (AWE), diagnosed post-surgery. Treatment involved excision with clear margins, leading to symptom relief and no recurrence in three years.
